Accounts Payable Clerk
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you'll play a key role in the smooth running of the finance team. Your day-to-day will involve managing invoices, processing payments, and supporting the wider team with financial administration.

Our client is based in Ringwood, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the finance team is looking for additional support.
Description
- Process supplier invoices and ensure they are accurately recorded.
- Handle payment runs and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records.
- Support month-end processes, including preparing reports.
- Communicate with suppliers to address queries and issues.
- Assist the finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
- Experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- A proactive approach to resolving queries and managing deadlines.
- Permanent position.
- Salary between £28,000 and £30,000, dependent on the level of experience.
