Accounts Payable Assistant
Nigel Wright are currently supporting a Northumberland based business with their temporary Accounts Payable Assistant requirement. This role will be on a rolling contract with an immediate start offered.

The Role
As Accounts Payable Assistant, you will:

  • Process and match high volumes of supplier invoices

  • Manage supplier queries, resolving issues efficiently.

  • Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies

  • Support payment runs

  • Contribute to process improvements and maintain accurate financial records within the ERP system.

  • Adhoc duties across the funtion


The Candidate
To be successful, you'll have:
  • Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role

  • Knowledge of various ERP Systems

  • High levels of attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills

  • Availability to start on short notice
