Accounts Payable Assistant – South Lanarkshire Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Location: South Lanarkshire (Office-based, 5 days per week)
Working Hours: Full-time

We’re currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a well-established organisation based in South Lanarkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role within the finance function, processing invoices, managing supplier queries, and supporting month-end tasks.

Key Responsibilities: • Processing high-volume purchase invoices

• Matching, batching, and coding invoices


• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies


• Assisting with payment runs


• Handling supplier queries and maintaining strong relationships


• Supporting with month-end reporting as required

What we’re looking for: • Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude


• Proficiency in MS Excel and finance systems
