Emporium Hospitality Ltd is the asset management company for a group of hospitality venues, each trading under its own company. This role sits within the central finance function, supporting the day\-to\-day processing of financial transactions for the group.
ROLE SUMMARY
This is an entry\-level, part\-time finance role based on site in Ballinlough, Cork. The successful candidate will spend their working day processing supplier invoices onto Xero and, where required, assisting with bank reconciliations. The role is well suited to someone looking to build hands\-on bookkeeping experience within a hospitality group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Entering supplier invoices onto Xero accurately and in a timely manner
- Processing invoices received via supplier portals and Procure Wizard
- Assisting with bank reconciliations as required
- Ensuring invoices are correctly coded and matched to supporting documentation
- Flagging any queries or discrepancies to the Financial Controller
Essential:
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling data
- Basic computer literacy and comfort working with online systems
- Reliable and able to commit to on\-site hours in Ballinlough, Cork
- Some experience as an accounts technician or in a similar bookkeeping/data entry role
- Prior experience using Xero
- Part time — 1 to 2 days per week, on site in Ballinlough, Cork
- Fixed\-term contract
