Are you a motivated and detail oriented Accounts Assistant?

You'll become part of a collaborative team where no two days are the same, working alongside experienced finance and property professionals while gaining exposure to a wide range of accounting and administration responsibilities. Full training will be provided, including on our latest AI-powered finance systems.

What you'll be doing:

As a key member of the finance team, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to day running of the department while delivering first-class support to customers, suppliers and colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing shared finance inboxes and responding promptly to customer and supplier enquiries.

  • Processing supplier invoices accurately using our finance systems.

  • Posting daily receipts, including BACS, card, cheque and online payments.

  • Monitoring daily bank transactions and ensuring payments are allocated correctly.

  • Supporting bank reconciliations and finance administration.

  • Processing tenant adjustments and additional charges accurately.

  • Liaising with suppliers regarding invoices, payments and purchase orders.

  • Maintaining contractor records and ensuring compliance documentation is up to date.

  • Helping maintain accurate financial records while ensuring deadlines are consistently achieved.

What we're looking for
  • Organised, proactive and highly accurate.

  • A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.

  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Ideally you'll have:
  • Previous administration or finance experience.

  • Good Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Experience using finance systems such as Qube would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.

  • A willingness to embrace new technology, including AI-powered invoice processing systems.
