We’re looking for an Accounts \& Business Advisory Services Senior to support a varied client portfolio while delivering high\-quality accounting and advisory solutions.
You’ll begin taking ownership of your own portfolio, support junior colleagues, and help clients improve their finance function through technology, automation, and AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex management accounts for a varied client portfolio.
- Prepare and review VAT, VIES, RTD, and Intrastat returns.
- Support clients with accounting best practice, process improvements, automation, and AI\-led solutions.
- Begin taking ownership of your own portfolio with support from senior leadership.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and support.
- Support and mentor junior team members.
- Work both autonomously and collaboratively across the wider team.
- Contribute towards utilisation, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Maintain accurate timesheet narration and assist with the fee process.
Skills \& Experience
- ACA / ACCA / CA newly qualified (or equivalent).
- Experience in a similar role within a practice environment.
- Strong management accounts and client advisory experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience using Xero, Dext, Monday.com, and Microsoft applications.
- Interest in finance technology, automation, and AI\-driven solutions.
