Accounts & Client Support Administrator

We are a friendly and growing small accountancy firm based in Broxbourne, looking for a reliable and organised Accounts & Client Support Administrator to join our team.
This role would suit someone with strong administrative and communication skills who is confident dealing with clients and handling day-to-day accountancy support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and sending invoices
- Chasing outstanding debts and maintaining debtor records
- Supporting submissions and general accountancy administration
- Companies House filings and compliance support
- Liaising with clients professionally and efficiently
- Communicating with HMRC on behalf of clients
- Assisting the team with general office and client support duties
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- GCSE Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively and work independently
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous administration or accountancy practice experience preferred
- Familiarity with HMRC and Companies House processes is advantageous
- Minimum commitment of 12 days per month
