Accounts Administrator
A proactive and commercially astute Accounts Administrator is needed to join a highly successful fast-paced business at their office on the outskirts of Exeter, close to the M5, to support the Finance Department.
Accounts Administrator - The Role:
- Running daily financial reports and reconciling daily sales reports, using Sage.
- Reconciling sales ledger statements monthly
- Maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships
- Credit control via email and phone and processing payments
- Maintain strong customer & supplier relationships
- Assisting purchase ledger with processing supplier invoices
- Processing interbranch stock transfers
- Perform general administrative tasks such as managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Supporting the wider office team where needed
The successful candidate will be an experienced Accounts Administrator with experience of sales ledger and reconciliations. An effective communicator, you will possess an approachable personality and a confident, positive attitude, credit control experience is beneficial. Knowledge of Sage would be advantageous but not essential, full training will be given.
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000pa depending on experience/qualifications + benefits.
Hours: Monday – Friday, full time, 8:30am – 5:30pm, 30 min lunch break
Location: Office based with parking, Exeter outskirts
