Accounting Technician

Key Responsabilities

• Record and manage CAPEX transactions, including depreciation and asset disposal processes.


• Monitor, reconcile, and maintain fixed asset records.


• Manage accounting processes related to rents and condominium expenses.


• Record and reconcile taxes and support tax compliance activities.


• Prepare and submit SAF\-T files.


• Prepare internal control reports and management support reports.


• Participate in month\-end and year\-end closing activities.


• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal procedures.


• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting and administrative matters.

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.


• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in accounting roles.


• Experience with fixed assets accounting (CAPEX).


• Knowledge of rent and condominium accounting processes is an advantage.


• Understanding of taxation and statutory reporting obligations.


• Strong Excel skills.


• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.


• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.


• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Proactive, results\-oriented mindset.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
