At the Heidelberg Marriott Hotel, as a Finance \& Accounting Manager (m/f/d), you are a key member of our management team and actively contribute to ensuring and enhancing the financial performance of our hotel.

Your role – Responsibility, oversight \& impact
- In collaboration with our Director of Finance, you take responsibility for all accounting and financial processes within the hotel
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Analyze financial KPIs, identify trends, and support management in making informed decisions
- Co\-responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and regular financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, internal guidelines, and Marriott standards
- Coordinate payment processes and liquidity planning while ensuring efficient cash management
- Continuously optimize accounting processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Act as a key interface with internal departments and external partners (e.g., tax advisors, auditors)
- Support and manage audits, ensuring smooth execution
- Support and develop your team in daily operations
- Completed commercial training (Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, or similar)
- Several years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong affinity for numbers and a structured, detail\-oriented working style
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Good command of German and English
- Team spirit, reliability, and a strong willingness to further develop professionally
