Accounting Employee (Full-Time)

Gimas Ship Supply \& Services B.V. is a trusted ship supplier with over 30 years of experience. We deliver high\-quality products and services to ships around the world. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Accounting Employee to join our team.

What You’ll Do

· Process and record purchase and sales invoices accurately;

· Reconcile supplier and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies;

· Monitor incoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts;

· Communicate with suppliers and clients regarding invoice and payment queries;

· Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation;

· Assist with reconciliations, month\-end activities, and reporting;

· Work closely with the external accountant to provide required financial information.

What You Bring

· Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;

· 2–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role;

· Good understanding of basic accounting principles, AP/AR, and reconciliations;

· Strong numerical skills and attention to detail;

· Well\-organized, accurate, and able to work independently;

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;

· Good command of English, written and spoken.
