<p><strong>What you will be doing</strong></p>
<p>As an early Neros employee, you will get to help decide the direction of our future. Our Accountant will support accounting processes for a Ukrainian LLC (ТОВ) in collaboration with an outsourced accounting provider.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage payroll-related processes, including invoice handling and coordination</li>
<li>Assist with financial documentation and reporting</li>
<li>Maintain and analyze P&L (Profit & Loss) statements, track key financial metrics</li>
<li>Participate in aligning Ukrainian accounting/reporting with global financial processes</li>
<li>Support integration of local reporting into NetSuite (or Quick books etc.)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>You should have the following</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher</li>
<li>Solid understanding of Ukrainian accounting and reporting standards</li>
<li>Experience with P&L management and financial analysis</li>
<li>Attention to detail and ability to work independently</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide support for FOP accounting or help organize this function if relevant expertise is available</li>
<li>Experience working with outsourced accounting teams is a plus</li>
