• A qualified accountant responsible for providing a comprehensive management accounting service across development and sales activities, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.


• Ideal for a CCAB-qualified or finalist accountant with strong commercial awareness, experience in management reporting, and the ability to partner with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The Role
This role supports the Finance Manager in delivering high-quality financial insight and reporting across development and sales activities:

• Lead quarterly reporting, forecasts, and management accounts


• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making


• Support budget holders in managing financial performance


• Deliver statutory reporting and liaise with auditors


• Perform reconciliations and maintain financial systems

Main Duties
You will play a key role in financial management, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration:

• Produce budgets, forecasts, and financial reports across business areas


• Deliver year-end accounts, balance sheet notes, and audit support


• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide commercial financial insight


• Maintain financial systems, records, and controls


• Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance, and accounting standards

The Successful Candidate • CCAB qualified accountant (or finalist close to completion) with strong technical accounting knowledge

• Proven experience in management accounting, reporting, and audit processes


• Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


• Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders


• Highly organised with strong Excel and financial systems skills
