Job Summary

We’re looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to join our UK Finance team, responsible for delivering accurate, timely and insightful financial reporting across the business. This role sits at the centre of the finance function; ensuring strong financial control, supporting senior decision\-making and maintaining clear visibility of performance. You'll also play a key role in external reporting to our firm of accountants.

Duties

You’ll lead the month\-end close process, producing high\-quality management accounts with clear insight into performance and key drivers. You’ll support forecasting, ensuring outputs are robust, aligned and forward\-looking. You'll own balance sheet integrity, leading monthly reviews, resolving issues and providing visibility on key drivers. Alongside this, you’ll oversee central cost reporting, support Group and Board reporting, and work closely with our small finance and billing team. A key focus will be driving improvements in reporting quality, control and efficiency. An ownership mentality over every pound in and out.

Experience

You’re a qualified accountant or part qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong financial reporting experience You combine technical strength with a commercial mindset, communicate clearly and build strong relationships across the business. You take ownership, deliver to deadlines and maintain high standards of accuracy and control, while continuously looking to improve processes and reporting.

Pay: £50,000\.00\-£60,000\.00 per year
