Accountant Associate - Billing & Invoicing

• Invoicing and Billing: Be part of the billing and invoicing process and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate billing.


• Financial Internal Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, summaries, and analyses as needed.


• Assist in Audits: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.


• Customer Communication: Interact with customer and internal teams to address financial inquiries and resolve issues.


• Financial Recordkeeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up\-to\-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.


• Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the finance team.


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• Proven experience in accounting and billing and invoicing roles.


• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Excellent organisational and time\-management skills.


• Fluent in English


• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast\-paced tech environment.
