Accountabilities

  • Process, review, and record incoming invoices while ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with internal procedures.

  • Manage invoice approval workflows and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing and payment release.

  • Monitor, reconcile, and maintain bank accounts and support accurate cash management activities.

  • Execute and track outgoing and incoming payments, ensuring alignment with payment schedules and financial controls.

  • Communicate professionally with suppliers to handle inquiries and resolve invoice or payment-related issues.

  • Support payroll-related administrative tasks and maintain personnel and financial records where required.

  • Maintain accurate financial documentation, ensuring proper filing and audit-ready recordkeeping across systems.

  • Assist the finance team with day-to-day administrative and accounting operations across multiple entities.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and operational efficiency initiatives.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or a similar finance-related role.

  • Completed commercial training or relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or business administration.

  • Solid understanding of accounts payable processes and financial administration workflows.

  • Experience working with multiple legal entities is considered an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, including Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, and Gmail.

  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Fluency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level) is required.
