Your mission will be…
- Execution of administrative Cash Allocation tasks that involve the employee life cycle, from the global Cash Allocation product catalogue.
- Allocation and Clarification of incoming payments.
- Closing activities \& PCMB Controls verification.
- Record and monitor day\-to\-day accounting transactions in SAP with precision and timeliness.
- Upload and reconcile bank statements.
- Post journal entries and perform technical account reconciliations.
- Contact Business Unit’s or Customer’s, handling critical queries and provide accurate information to business partners.
- Contribute to continuous improvement processes in order to improve the quality of service provided.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar (preferable).
- Experience in Account Receivables processes (preferable).
- Fluent knowledge of Italian.
- Basic knowledge of English and Portuguese.
- Service attitude, good organization skills and team orientation.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment.
- Learning attitude.
- Preferably broad experience in IT tools (Excel, SAP, Finavigate and Others).
