*What you’ll be doing:*
- Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with customers. Understanding each customer's unique needs and requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to make sure we provide the best customer experience
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, payment arrangements, and dispute resolution
- Provide information and guidance to customers on energy\-efficient practices and sustainability initiatives
- Preparing and presenting business and account updates to the company’s management
- Following up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the our services
- Contributing information to sales and marketing strategies by assessing current product results, monitoring competitive products, assessing needs to be filled and analysing customer reaction.
- Onboarding new customers through our system from start to finish following our customer journey policies and procedures
- Knowledge and/or experience of the Energy sector is not essential but an interest and eagerness in sustainable energy is important
- Experience of building relationships with customers and balancing priorities
- Someone who takes satisfaction from a great customer experience, with the ability to take on feedback and look for improvements
- A real collaborator, keen to support colleagues and be agile in a fast paced, scaling business
- You’ll be keen to be creative and innovative, driving new and fresh ideas about customer campaigns and other company initiatives \- diversity of thought is really important to us
