Account Manager
<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive client services professional who is ready to own our client relationships for the execution of our high-touch campaigns. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing revenue across Tubi’s client base. The Account Manager will focus on managing the day-to-day success of our campaigns by providing best-in-class service and strategic support to our clients. </p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is a hybrid role based out of our New York office. You must be willing to travel to our New York office four days/week. </span></p>
<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with Sales and clients to understand campaign objectives, and execute campaigns accordingly</li>
<li>Understand the programmatic and direct landscape to help clients accomplish their goals</li>
<li>Work closely with the Pre Sales team to understand plan components and deal terms</li>
<li>Responsible for creating and implementing timelines and touchpoints to manage the campaign process from IO approval and deal creation through day to day management and billing IO campaigns </li>
<li>Create direct and programmatic campaigns in Tubi’s Order Management System</li>
<li>Support clients & sales by providing best-in-class services around all aspects of campaign execution, including but not limited to screenshots, internal and external pacing reports, incremental asks, and campaign wrap reporting</li>
<li>Utilize third party and proprietary data to analyze campaign performance and delivery </li>
<li>Work closely with Ad Operations to review campaign set up, monitor pace and performance, and troubleshoot technical issues or discrepancies across direct and programmatic campaigns to ensure full delivery </li>
<li>Circulate final campaign performance with internal teams to provide actionable recommendations for improving future campaigns</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Your Background:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2+ years relevant job experience required</li>
<li>Experience in digital advertising, specifically understanding the digital video landscape</li>
<li>Experience with DSPs and SSPs encouraged </li>
<li>Strong Excel skills and the ability to manage & analyze large sets of data</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to details</li>
<li>Highly organized with fantastic follow through</li>
<li>Capable of problem-solving and providing solutions to problems proactively</li>
<li>Demonstrate interest in Technology, Internet, Entertainment and/or Advertising</li>
