Salary: £26,000 \- £29,000 (based on experience) plus performance bonus
Hours: 37\.5 hours per week
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer\-focused Account Manager to join our Sales \& Account Management team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships while working closely with internal teams to ensure a high\-quality service is delivered.
You will take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as the key point of contact and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with customers
- Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries and requests
- Coordinate internally to ensure services are delivered on time and in line with SLAs
- Track and manage device repairs, replacements, and service delivery
- Maintain accurate customer records, pricing structures, and account information
- Work closely with operational teams to manage workflow and resolve issues
- Support customers with queries relating to timelines, services, and costs
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and grow accounts
- Produce reports and manage customer data using internal systems
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in account management, customer service, or a similar role
- Is confident communicating with customers and internal teams
- Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Has a good level of commercial awareness
- Is proactive, adaptable, and solution\-focused
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence using internal systems.
- A proactive, positive “can\-do” attitude and a genuine desire to contribute to a growing business.
