Account Manager
About the Role
Agent Support Ltd is looking for an organised, tech\-savvy and customer\-focused Account Manager to manage client accounts and coordinate the delivery of property services.
The role will involve acting as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring property service appointments are booked efficiently, contractors and field operatives attend as scheduled, and completed works are followed through to a high standard.
This is a fast\-paced coordination role requiring excellent communication, strong organisation and the ability to confidently use technology and multiple systems to manage a high volume of appointments, clients and property\-related tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Account Management
- Act as a key point of contact for allocated clients and build strong, professional working relationships.
- Understand each client's requirements, priorities and service expectations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries by telephone and email.
- Provide clients with clear updates regarding appointments, works and outstanding actions.
- Proactively identify potential problems and resolve them before they affect the client.
- Ensure clients consistently receive a high level of service.
- Arrange and manage appointments for a range of property\-related services.
- Coordinate appointments between clients, tenants, landlords, contractors and field operatives.
- Ensure appointments are booked within required timescales and correctly recorded on company systems.
- Confirm access arrangements and appointment details with all relevant parties.
- Monitor scheduled appointments throughout the day and ensure contractors and operatives attend as expected.
- Follow up immediately where an appointment has been missed, delayed or requires rearranging.
- Ensure completed appointments are properly closed off and that any required reports, photographs, certificates or other documentation are received.
- Chase outstanding appointments and works to prevent unnecessary delays.
- Escalate urgent matters, service failures or recurring issues to management where appropriate.
- Take ownership of tasks from initial instruction through to completion rather than simply booking an appointment and passing it on.
- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records across company systems.
- Monitor outstanding jobs and ensure appropriate follow\-up actions are completed.
- Check that information supplied by contractors and field operatives is complete and accurate.
- Handle complaints and service issues professionally and work towards a prompt resolution.
- Help maintain service standards and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
- Produce updates and reports on appointments, outstanding jobs and client accounts when required.

- Detail\-oriented – able to maintain accurate records and spot missing or incorrect information.
- Calm under pressure – able to deal with changing appointments, urgent jobs and demanding situations professionally.
- Good at prioritising – understands the difference between routine tasks and matters requiring immediate attention.
- Accountable – takes responsibility for seeing jobs through from instruction to successful completion.
What We're Looking For
We are particularly interested in someone who combines good people skills with strong organisation and confidence using technology.
The ideal candidate will not simply wait for clients to chase for updates. They will actively monitor their accounts, identify outstanding actions, chase contractors and appointments, keep clients informed and make sure each instruction reaches a satisfactory conclusion.

Pay: Up to £30,000\.00 per year
