Account Manager \- Parallel

Context
Parallel is a healthcare platform deploying AI and automation solutions to healthcare facilities. We need an Account Manager to ensure our existing clients are successful with the product, understand their needs, and identify growth opportunities within their organizations.
Your mission
Autonomously manage an existing portfolio of client accounts. Ensure clear product adoption, respond to customer questions, resolve straightforward support issues, and maintain strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders (IT teams and executives). Track and report on key metrics and client satisfaction to leadership, while identifying cross\-sell and up\-sell opportunities.
Outcomes
- Autonomous management of assigned account portfolio with strong CS and product adoption
- Structured reporting of KPIs and client satisfaction metrics to leadership
- Detection and escalation of cross\-sell/up\-sell opportunities
- Zero churn attributable to relationship or CS issues
- You're a strong communicator, comfortable engaging with clients at all levels (technical teams and C\-suite)
- You're organized, rigorous, and autonomous in managing your workload
- You're comfortable working with data for reporting and KPI tracking
- You take ownership of customer relationships and outcomes
