About the role

Diageo Belgium is part of Diageo BxN: a cluster consisting of Benelux \& Nordics. It is a diverse and exciting business with local and global customers operating across on\-trade, off trade and RTM. Your role will be focused on the ontrade in Brussels and Wallonia.

Role Responsibilities:

Distribution and Sales driver execution/activation

  • Focus on the sell\-in of Diageo portfolio and brand activations at current, and new business partners

  • Ability to understand customer requirements and match these to specific Diageo propositions

  • Analyzing performance of activations in venues and stores
Being a (sales) professional
  • Seeking new business opportunities in the on\-trade in partnership with colleagues

  • Strong ownership of the day\-to\-day customer relationship efficiency through structured brand/solution sell\-in, persuasion and conflict resolution skills
Operational excellence in execution and efficiency
  • Structured, organized, efficient planning, personal ownership, and clear communication skills to internal and external partners

  • Operating with a clear set of priorities, adjusting for opportunities and obstacles

  • Ability and confidence to make the necessary informed recommendations required to ensure activities are successfully delivered and adjusted/course corrected as required
About You
=============
  • Ideally 2–3 years’ experience working in a spirits environment.

  • Excellent category knowledge; ability to identify trends/insights.

  • Structured, take pride in delivering on time and always looking for solutions.

  • Outstanding presentation/sales skills yielding positive results.

  • Fluency in French and English, proficiency in Dutch is advantageous

  • Driver’s license B (BE)
