What You'll Do
Convert inbound enquiries into sales
Advise customers on mobile phone and SIM\-only packages
Handle PAC codes and number transfers
Deliver outstanding customer service
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Manage the sales process from enquiry to activation
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' telesales experience
Previous experience selling mobile phone contracts and SIM\-only packages
Strong understanding of PAC codes and mobile number porting
Proven sales track record
Excellent communication and closing skills
Positive, professional and target\-driven attitude
Applications without previous mobile telecoms sales experience will not be considered.
