You will play an important part in keeping clients informed, improving campaign results and making sure any issues are dealt with quickly and professionally.

About Bunset \& Co.
We are a Manchester\-based sales and marketing agency that creates and manages face\-to\-face customer acquisition campaigns for other businesses. We help brands speak directly with customers through well\-managed campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, bring in new customers and support long\-term business growth.
This is an office\-led client and campaign management position. It is not a cold\-calling, door\-to\-door sales or commission\-only role.
You will manage the relationship between Bunset \& Co. and a portfolio of business clients. Your job will be to make sure their requirements are understood by our internal teams, campaign results are reported correctly and potential problems are dealt with before they affect the wider client relationship.
What you will be doing
Act as the main point of contact for your allocated client campaigns, managing performance meetings, campaign updates, changes and any issues that need to be escalated.
Turn client briefs into practical campaign plans covering the target customer, offer, acquisition method, territory, staffing requirements, expected activity and launch dates.
Agree clear weekly targets for each campaign, including customer conversations, completed applications or sales, conversion rates, accepted customers, rejected submissions and cancellations.
Review campaign data each day to understand where results may be falling short, such as low activity, weaker conversion, poor customer qualification, incomplete submissions or higher cancellation levels.
Prepare clear weekly reports showing results against target, territory performance, team productivity, customer feedback, submission quality and the actions being taken.
Coordinate new campaign launches and changes, making sure delivery teams understand the client’s offer, pricing, eligibility rules, exclusions, customer disclosures and brand standards.
Look into rejected applications, customer complaints and cancellations to understand whether the issue came from the original conversation, qualification process, data entry or the client’s fulfilment process.
Prepare client review meetings that clearly explain performance, challenges and areas for improvement, while identifying suitable ways to retain or develop established accounts.
Working with our internal teams
You will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with Campaign Operations, Sales Management and Team Leaders, Data and CRM Administration, Quality and Compliance, and the Recruitment and People Team.
In practice, this could mean confirming campaign coverage with Operations, discussing staffing needs with Recruitment, checking reported results with CRM Administration or resolving customer\-quality concerns with Compliance. You will also work with Sales Management to agree any training, coaching or performance actions needed.
This part of the role requires clear communication and consistent follow\-up. You will need to keep several departments working towards the same client expectations while making sure responsibilities and deadlines are properly recorded.
What we are looking for
Previous experience managing business clients within an agency, marketing, recruitment, events, outsourced services, customer acquisition or another results\-focused environment.
Experience working as the link between external clients and the internal teams responsible for delivering the work.
The ability to turn client expectations into clear instructions, realistic plans and measurable targets.
Confidence using CRM reports and Excel or Google Sheets to review performance information and check that figures are accurate.
The ability to look beyond headline numbers and understand conversion rates, customer acceptance, cancellations and submission quality.
Strong written reporting, presentation and meeting\-management skills, with the confidence to discuss both good results and areas that need attention.
Good professional judgement when dealing with complaints, changing client instructions, underperformance or sensitive business concerns.
Strong organisation and attention to detail when managing several campaigns, deadlines and client contacts at the same time.
A university degree is not essential. Relevant transferable experience will be considered where it shows strong client management, analytical ability and experience coordinating work across different teams.
