JOB SUMMARY

As a Loop1 Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth for our company by visiting clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to meet with clients in person, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions to meet those needs. This role is crucial in expanding our customer base and maximizing revenue opportunities.

This role reports Directly to the EMEA sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Visits: Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients' locations to build and maintain strong relationships.

  • Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the company's products, services and SolarWinds to effectively communicate their value and benefits to clients.

  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing how our products or services can address their specific needs and challenges.

  • Needs Assessment: Identify and understand clients' unique needs and requirements through thorough questioning and active listening.

  • Proposal Development: Create customised proposals and quotes for clients, outlining the scope of products or services, pricing, and terms of agreement.

  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure deals that are mutually beneficial for both the client and the company.

  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company, contributing to the overall growth and profitability.

  • Market Research: Stay up\-to\-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies as needed.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of client interactions and sales activities using Netsuite our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager or team, detailing progress, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Customer Support: Act as a liaison between clients and the company, addressing any concerns, issues, or inquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in external sales, B2B or B2C, is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.

  • Self\-motivated with a results\-oriented mindset.

  • Knowledge of the industry and products/services offered by the company.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients.

  • A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus but not mandator
