This is a role that combines account management, relationship building and business development. You'll spend time meeting customers, understanding their objectives, identifying opportunities and helping them achieve success through our solutions.

In the long\-term, this role has the potential to move into Sales Management, for the right candidate. What you'll be doing:* Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision\-makers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer challenges and objectives.
- Work with internal teams to ensure solutions are delivered successfully.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations.
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and sales activity records.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relationship\-building skills.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach.
- Self\-motivated and highly organised.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
- Ability to attend our Chippenham office as required.
- Ideally, your experience will be in Tehcnical (Hardware, Smart Technologies), but experience from logistics or supply\-chain services would also be an advantage.
