Accountabilities:
- Lead the full post-sale customer lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation through adoption, renewal, and expansion across enterprise utility accounts.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to customers, embedding advanced digital twin technology into operational workflows such as grid analysis, risk assessment, and investment planning.
- Translate complex AI and physics-based model outputs into clear, actionable insights that support executive and operational decision-making.
- Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across utility organizations.
- Partner closely with sales, deployment, and product teams to align customer needs with product roadmap evolution and feature prioritization.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively identify opportunities to improve adoption, satisfaction, and net revenue retention.
- Serve as the voice of regional customers, feeding market insights back into internal teams to improve product fit and customer success outcomes.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Technical Consulting, or similar client-facing enterprise roles.
- Background in utilities, energy, infrastructure, engineering SaaS, or similarly technical industries is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to engage with both technical stakeholders (engineers, analysts) and senior executives, translating between technical and business language.
- Fluent in Romanian with strong professional English communication skills.
- Experience working with data-driven platforms, technical products, or enterprise software solutions.
- Strong relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills in complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to travel as needed (approximately 20–40%) for customer engagement and relationship building.
- Engineering background in electrical, civil, industrial, or energy-related disciplines.
- Experience with electricity distribution (DSO) or transmission system operators (TSO).
- Familiarity with GIS systems, asset management platforms, or infrastructure analytics tools.
