About Us
We are a fast\-growing, technology\-enabled healthcare provider supporting the National Health Service (NHS) to reduce surgical backlogs. Our clinical teams deliver high\-quality insourcing services within NHS Trust facilities, making use of underutilised theatre capacity during weekends and other available sessions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Account Manager – Healthcare Operations to help mobilise and manage services across multiple specialities and sites.
The Role
This role would suit someone with some experience in healthcare — either operational, administrative, or clinical support, who has strong organisational skills, excellent communication ability, and the confidence to manage stakeholders. Direct insourcing experience is not essential. We are looking for potential, capability, and the right mindset.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will support the mobilisation and ongoing management of insourcing projects across NHS Trust sites. You will act as a key link between clinical teams, Trust stakeholders, and internal operational and technology colleagues, ensuring services are well organised, well communicated, and delivered smoothly. You will be supported to develop technical knowledge. What matters most is your ability to coordinate, communicate, analyse information, and build trusted relationships.
