Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing dedicated accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, and overseeing projects from inception to completion. The position requires frequent travel across the country to attend client meetings and conduct site surveys.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with customers.
- Manage the end\-to\-end lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely and high\-quality delivery.
- Conduct on\-site surveys and attend client meetings nationwide.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, manufacturing, and installation, to meet client expectations.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during project execution.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Experience: Previous experience in contract interiors, signage, or display industries is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
- Proactive problem\-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively across the country.
- Valid driver’s license (a company car will be provided).
- Education: Relevant qualifications or experience in project management, interior design, or a related field are a plus.
