<p><span data-contrast="auto">As an Account Manager, Enterprise Partnerships at Pacvue, you will support the day-to-day management of client accounts across a portfolio of European agency clients, primarily independent Amazon and ecommerce agencies with growing exposure to enterprise-level retailers such as Amazon and other regional platforms. This role will involve working closely with internal team members and client stakeholders across multiple European markets to help execute partnership plans, ensuring clients achieve success through our platform while supporting overall revenue goals for Pacvue.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Serve as a supporting point of contact for assigned clients, assisting in maintaining strong relationships across markets and cultures.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support partnerships that contribute to client success and regional revenue goals.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Act as a resource to clients, providing guidance and responding to inquiries related to eCommerce best practices, platform usage, and regional marketplace nuances.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><em><span data-contrast="auto">Strategic Planning &amp; Consultation:</span></em><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Assist in reviewing client data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement, leveraging Pacvue's platform to support recommendations provided by senior team members.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Participate in internal and client meetings across European regions, taking notes and supporting follow-ups on action items related to eCommerce strategies.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Identify areas for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, documenting opportunities and sharing with senior team members.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><em><span data-contrast="auto">Cross-Functional Collaboration:</span></em><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Work with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing, to support client requests and ensure timely service delivery across European markets.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate with senior team members to help align client objectives with Pacvue’s product offerings and regional market needs.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><em><span data-contrast="auto">Performance &amp; Reporting:</span></em><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Track and report on client performance, supporting analysis through data gathering and basic insights across multiple marketplaces.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure client success, flagging any performance changes to senior team members.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><em><span data-contrast="auto">Client Advocacy &amp; Growth:</span></em><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support client success within Pacvue by helping address client needs and escalating issues when appropriate.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Assist clients in utilizing Pacvue’s tools and technology to enhance their eCommerce advertising results across European platforms.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Drive renewal and expansion efforts </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Skills &amp; Qualifications:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">1–2+ years of experience in an Account Management, Client Success, or Consulting role.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Exposure to client-facing work or customer support environments is preferred.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience supporting team goals or contributing to client deliverables.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Comfortable working with data and developing analytical skills.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Clear written and verbal communication skills; additional European language skills (e.g., French or German) are a plus.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks across regions.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
