You will be the main point of contact for a set of customers, keeping track of their jobs from start to finish and making sure everyone involved knows what’s happening and what comes next. The Role:

• Account Manager


• Based in Sheffield, office based


• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and their day\-to\-day jobs


• Liaising with customers, engineers and internal teams to keep things moving


• Learning the technical side of the business, full training given


• Monthly bonus and on\-call pay on top of basic salary
