Your role \& influence as Account Manager
*Responsibility*: You will be given responsibility for driving revenue and profitability by managing and growing your customer portfolio, delivering strategic sales, and optimizing sales processes in close collaboration with your team and key vendors
*Collaboration:* Together with your team, you take care of driving revenue and earnings for your customer portfolio. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments such as finance and procurement.
*Core activities*:
- Manage and develop your customer portfolio, driving the full sales cycle from opportunity to successful deal closure
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to secure competitive pricing, handle deal registrations, and deliver strong customer solutions
- Proactively engage customers through targeted outreach and value\-driven communication to identify new opportunities and grow business

We envision you as a curious and driven individual who thrives in building strong customer relationships and driving value through strategic sales and account development.
*Additionally, it's important that:*
- You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking
- Experience with B2B sales and account management, ideally within IT and Mid Market environments
- Technical skills including a solid understanding of IT products, hardware, software, and services, as well as experience working with CRM systems such as Dynamics 365
- You're available for full\-time employment (40 hours per week)
- You are proficient in both Danish and English
