<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team and drive growth across the German market. This is a key role focused on acquiring new customers, nurturing long-term relationships, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Acquiring new customers directly across The Netherlands through proactive outreach and relationship-building.</li>
<li>Developing and maintaining strong, ongoing cooperation with existing clients.</li>
<li>Engaging with customers via in-person meetings, phone, and email </li>
<li>Achieving ambitious sales targets and KPIs, both in volume and quality.</li>
<li>Supporting customers throughout the purchasing process, offering expert guidance and care.</li>
<li>Managing order fulfilment and handling administrative tasks with precision.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Advanced knowledge of German (written and spoken) and English – essential.</li>
<li>Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar customer-facing role.</li>
<li>Availability and willingness to travel regularly to clients across the country.</li>
<li>A natural relationship-builder with strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li>
<li>Industry knowledge is preferred.</li>
<li>A technical background is a strong advantage.</li>
</ul>
