The Account Manager will support communications strategy and media engagement for Microsoft's business, helping protect and strengthen brand reputation by translating complex issues into clear, credible narratives for key audiences. 
This role involves managing day-to-day client needs, driving PR campaigns, and fostering strong media and influencer relationships. Ideal candidates are proactive communicators with strong analytical writing, relationship-management skills, and a passion for helping organizations communicate clearly in moments that matter.
