Account Manager
The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring they are secure, profitable, and consistently achieving strong commercial performance. This role requires a hands\-on and analytical approach, digging deeply into each client’s revenue streams, operational challenges, and growth potential.
You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion, and ensuring the delivery of an outstanding client experience. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders both internally and externally, visit client sites, and be accountable for presenting growth plans and performance insights to the Head of Client Services and the Operations Director on a bi\-weekly basis.
This role is ideal for someone who is commercially driven, detail\-oriented, confident with numbers, and strong at relationship building.
- Maximise revenue and profitability across a portfolio of client accounts through detailed analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Strengthen client satisfaction and retention, ensuring clients feel secure, supported, and consistently see value from our solutions.
- Drive account growth by identifying and executing opportunities for operational improvement, system enhancements, and product adoption.
- Provide proactive management through monthly presentations outlining growth actions, risks, opportunities, and performance trends.
- Develop deep client understanding by regularly visiting sites and analysing real\-world operations.
- Act as the primary strategic contact for client accounts, maintaining high\-frequency, high\-quality communication.
- Lead growth planning for each account, setting quarterly expansion goals and identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Grow account revenue through proactive identification of upsell, cross\-sell, optimisation, and expansion opportunities.
- Actively seek and secure new business opportunities through referrals, client networks, prospect introductions, cold calling and social media.
- Collaborate with product teams to introduce upgrades, new features, or additional services that drive measurable value.
- Work directly with clients to understand their strategic plans and align our solutions to support their growth and objectives.
Pay: £35,000\.00\-£45,000\.00 per year
