About The Role

As the Account Manager, You will drive our success though contract management across the account, you'll create and maintain meaningful relationships with the respective Clients, Key Stakeholders and employees onsite. Alongside promoting an compliant, customer focused, and trained workforce to ensure the day to day successful delivery of the service
Key Accountabilities
- You'll manage the all associated services at the clients site
- You'll proactively work with both the client and our own team to develop and further enhance the contract
- To ensure financial budgets and targets are achieved
- You will liaise with the client representatives and resolve all contractual queries, promptly deal with complaints and service requests.
- Do you have previous experience in a similar role?

- Do you have strong communication skills?
- Are you comfortable working as part of team and on your own when required?
