As an Account Manager (m/f/d), you will establish new client relationships and maintain existing ones. To do this, you will analyze specific client needs and present tailored solutions. Working directly with our Sales Manager, you will develop appropriate market strategies and monitor the sales market and the competition. In this way, you will achieve the planned revenue and profit targets in your sales territory.

Key responsibilities

• With your keen sense of customer needs, you will nurture existing customer relationships, attract new customers, and develop tailored solutions for your sales territory.


• Together with our Sales Manager, you will develop market strategies, analyze market and competitive trends, and lay the foundation for sustainable growth.


• Through your personal commitment, you will achieve the planned sales and profit targets in your sales territory.

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering \- or a comparable degree \- and, ideally, some initial professional experience in technical sales.


• You think conceptually and strategically, have a strong technical understanding, and are proficient in using MS Office and CRM systems.


• You are fluent in German and English and are enthusiastic about taking on a long\-term role with opportunities for growth.
