The Opportunity

At Target Integration, we help businesses transform the way they operate through ERP, CRM, and business management solutions. As our client base continues to grow, we're looking for an Account Manager who can build strong relationships, support client success, and identify opportunities to help customers get even more value from their systems.

This is not a cold\-calling, high\-volume sales role. Instead, you'll work with an existing portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact throughout their journey with us.

You'll help customers maximise the value of their ERP investment, support ongoing business needs, identify opportunities for additional services and solutions, and ensure long\-term client satisfaction and retention.

Whether you come from an ERP consulting, implementation, business systems, customer success, or account management background, this role offers an excellent opportunity to combine relationship management, commercial awareness, and business technology expertise.

What You'll Be Doing

At its core, this role is about building long\-term client relationships, understanding business challenges, and helping customers continue to grow with our solutions.

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage and develop relationships with an existing portfolio of clients

  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for customer accounts

  • Conduct regular client reviews and check\-ins to understand business needs and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision\-makers
Account Growth \& Development
  • Identify opportunities for additional services, software modules, upgrades, and consultancy support

  • Develop account growth plans to maximise customer value and retention

  • Work with customers to understand evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial recommendations where required
Customer Success \& Support
  • Ensure customers receive excellent service throughout their lifecycle

  • Coordinate internally with consultants, implementation teams, and support teams to resolve client issues

  • Monitor customer engagement and proactively address risks to account health

  • Support customer onboarding and adoption of new solutions where required
Strategic Account Management
  • Develop a strong understanding of each client's business, operations, and objectives

  • Help customers align technology investments with business goals

  • Maintain accurate account records, activities, and opportunities within CRM systems

  • Contribute to account management processes and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For

We're open to a range of backgrounds, but we're particularly interested in individuals who understand how businesses operate and can build trusted relationships around technology solutions.

You Might Have

  • Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, ERP Consulting, Business Systems Consulting, or Client Relationship Management

  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, accounting software, or other business applications

  • A background in business consulting, operations, finance, manufacturing, distribution, or software implementation

  • Experience managing and growing customer accounts
Skills \& Competencies
  • Strong relationship\-building and stakeholder management skills

  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to understand both business processes and technology solutions

  • Strong problem\-solving and analytical capabilities

  • Organised, proactive, and customer\-focused approach

  • Comfortable managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
Technical Knowledge

Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:

  • Odoo

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365

  • SAP Business One

  • Sage

  • Acumatica

  • NetSuite

  • Other ERP, CRM, or business management platforms
Industry Experience

Experience working with customers in one or more of the following sectors would be advantageous:

  • Manufacturing

  • Distribution

  • Supply Chain

  • Engineering

  • Professional Services
