Fixed Term \- 12months

We are looking for experienced individuals to join our Digital and Information Account Management team providing all aspects of the account management lifecycle, covering joiners, movers \& leavers as well as providing a password reset/account unlock service.

You will have excellent organisational skills as well as communication and customer relation skills. You will have a sound, methodical approach to your work as well as skills in prioritising and managing your own workload in order to meet deadlines.

Account providing requests will come via an online portal and you’ll be expected to deal with requests in a timely manner, assigning requests to other teams as appropriate.

Previous experience in an account management/provisioning role would be a distinct advantage, as would knowledge of Microsoft products, especially Azure/Active Directory.
