This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional looking to develop a long-term career within the High Net Worth (HNW) and Private Clients sector. The Role As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with a £300,000 existing income portfolio of Private Clients. Working alongside experienced colleagues and insurers, you’ll support clients throughout the policy lifecycle, ensuring their insurance arrangements continue to meet their evolving needs.
This role offers a varied workload, combining client relationship management, policy administration, insurer liaison, and opportunities to identify additional insurance solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong relationships with an existing portfolio of Private and High Net Worth clients.
- Support clients with policy renewals, presentations, and ongoing insurance requirements.
- Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms and secure appropriate cover solutions.
- Attend client meetings, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate records.
- Update and manage collection specifications and policy information.
- Identify opportunities to broaden client relationships through additional insurance products and services.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
- Continue developing technical insurance knowledge, including working towards professional qualifications.
- Previous experience working with Private Clients, High Net Worth individuals, or personal lines insurance clients.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
