ACCOUNT HANDLER

Busy Manufacturing Plant \| Shopfloor\-Based Role \| Production Support

Are you organised, proactive, and confident communicating across teams in a fast\-paced manufacturing environment?
We’re looking for an Account Handler to join our busy manufacturing plant and play a key role on the shopfloor, supporting production operations and customer communication. This is not a desk job, and the ability to lift up to 10 kgs multiple times daily would be beneficial

This is a hands\-on coordination role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with production teams, team leaders, and customers to ensure work progresses efficiently and schedules stay on track.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitoring and maintaining daily work in progress (WIP)


• Creating, updating, and maintaining production schedules


• Liaising with shopfloor production teams to track progress


• Packing product ready for delivery


• Supporting customer communication and service updates


• Attending customer meetings and conference calls when required


• Reporting WIP updates to Senior Management


• Assisting with package transfers and coordination with overseas teams


• Supporting booking in/out processes when required

• Strong organisational and communication skills


• Ability to work confidently in a busy manufacturing environment


• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability


• A proactive, team\-focused attitude


• Confidence communicating with both customers and production teams


• Previous experience in manufacturing, production planning, logistics, or account handling is beneficial
