Day to Day Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Work with Business team counterparts to build campaign schedules & strategically plan internal workflow of the internal team to meet campaign deadlines </li>
<li>Manage day-to-day workflow, including planning daily meetings, Teams channels, and internal status documents </li>
<li>Oversee utilization of team resources, ensuring that coverage is secured for all scoped projects, team out of office, and flagging the need for additional resources when necessary </li>
<li>Collaborate with Business counterpart to secure the right internal team members in all meetings to achieve the goal of the meeting or campaign milestone </li>
<li>Capture meeting notes & share meeting recaps after all internal team meetings </li>
<li>Book meeting rooms, order catering and plan logistics of meetings (whiteboards, pinning work, dressing the room) </li>
<li>Master of the team Google Drive, leading organization and storage of all campaign documents, final deliverable files, and notes </li>
<li>Handle media assets and trafficking, with a focus on paid social</li>
<li>Responsible for alerting Business counterpart when there is an issue that may impact the overall campaign schedule and client deadlines </li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>2+ years of related experience </li>
<li>Understands digital, social, and partnership media landscape</li>
<li>Collaborative, and does not work in silos </li>
<li>Organized and detail-oriented </li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and problem solve under pressure in a fast-paced environment </li>
<li>Proactive with an eye on the next step </li>
<li>Ability to work well with different personalities and backgrounds </li>
<li>Can keep the calm through stressful situations </li>
<li>Innate ability to bring team members together </li>
</ul>
