Account Executive

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our successful Key Accounts team. This role is home based with travel required to our Kirkham (Lancashire) head office at least twice a month.

Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for an Account Executive to work closely with the Client Services Director within the Key Accounts division to support Account Management with activity relating to their customers, customer management and provide them with administrative support.

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Support Account Managers when they are out of the office attending customer meetings


• Change of Tenancies


• Pricing Evaluations and tendering


• Customer queries (non\-bureau related)


• Supplier queries


• Customer liaison


• Complete updates to internal systems for customers as requested by the Account Manager


• *Read and comply with the company Health \& Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health \& Safety of themselves and others; co\-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties.*

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

Essential:

• Energy Industry Knowledge


• Strong Excel skills


• Sound commercial awareness and the ability to demonstrate this


• Good communicator and ability to communicate to Senior level stakeholders


• Attention to detail

Desirable:

• 2 Years’ experience in a similar role
