Your role:

grape has an established broker sales channel and a growing customer base. What we're building now is our direct outbound motion — and this role is central to that.

You'll own enterprise sales cycles end\-to\-end while defining how we go to market directly with large Swiss companies. That means closing deals, but also building the processes, channels, and partnerships that don't exist yet. It's hands\-on work that requires someone equally comfortable in front of a CFO and in a blank document writing a process from scratch.

What you'll do:

Sell

Own large accounts and sell to CFOs and HR leads
Navigate complex, multi\-stakeholder deals involving corporate buyers, brokers, and internal teams
Work alongside broker consultants in co\-selling situations — knowing when to lead and when to support
Coordinate structured handovers to the Broker Sales Team where relevant

Build the outbound channel

Define and test outbound channels — this is new ground for us, and you'll be shaping it
Write and iterate on sales processes, qualification frameworks, and playbooks as we learn what works
Launch partnerships that drive referrals and extend our reach (IT partners, multipliers)
Work with Marketing on ABM campaigns targeting Swiss enterprise accounts

Events \& community

Run webinars, workshops, and events to engage enterprise prospects
Represent grape at relevant trade fairs, conferences, and industry events
Build case studies and success stories that support the sales conversation

Insurance licensing

Complete your Swiss insurance certification (VBV). grape covers costs and supports you through the process.
What You'll need:
5\+ years in B2B enterprise sales, ideally in SaaS or a similarly complex solution
A track record of closing large, complex deals
Comfortable creating structure where little exists and getting your hands dirty \- writing a process, designing a qualification framework, or launching a partnership from first principles
Experience prospecting independently, not just working inbound or SDR\-sourced pipeline
Able to work across a partner\-driven and direct sales motion — you understand broker dynamics or are quick to learn them
Fluent in French, German, and English
