We make search and discovery technology that powers thousands of online stores. We're profitable, we have traction, and we ship. Now we're opening the most ambitious chapter we've ever had: rethinking how product strategy and engineering execution come together, with AI as part of the daily craft.

You wouldn't be joining a process. You'd be helping invent one — alongside a team that's genuinely excited to be at the front of this.

This is a role for a specific kind of person. Not necessarily the most senior, not necessarily the most polished. The most adaptable.

• Comfortable in uncertainty. Some of what we'll do here hasn't been done before. You don't need a playbook to start moving.


• Wired to experiment. New tool, new workflow, new way of structuring discovery? You try it, learn from it, share what worked, throw out what didn't.

• Frame problems clearly: what's the need, who feels it, what we expect to achieve, and what good looks like at a high level.


• Prioritize ruthlessly — based on impact and where we should bet next, not on what's loudest in the room.


• Prototype fast. Validate ideas before we invest weeks of engineering time. Kill bad ones early.


• Hand well\-understood problems to engineering and stay close on the definition. Engineering owns the *how*; you make sure we're solving the right *what*.


• Define what success looks like, and watch the metrics that tell you whether the bet paid off.

You don't need to design, but you know what "good" feels like. You can read data without losing intuition. You can talk to a customer without leading them. You balance long\-term vision with short\-term impact and you know when to ship ugly, validate, and polish later.

What We are looking for

• 3\+ years in product roles (Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar), ideally in SaaS or B2B.


• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and the classic PM/PO workflow — even though this role goes well beyond it.


• Track record of strategic work: framing problems, defining product direction, validating ideas with users before committing engineering.


• Comfortable making decisions with data (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, or similar).


• You genuinely enjoy talking to customers and stakeholders — real conversations, not survey forms.


• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.


• EU work permit.

Bonus Qualities:

• Background in e\-commerce, search, or data\-driven products.


• Comfortable prototyping (Figma, AI tools, no\-code) — being able to mock something up yourself is a real superpower here.


• Technical literacy — you understand APIs, integrations, and how SaaS products get built.


• You're already actively using AI tools in your product workflow and have opinions about what works and what doesn't.

• Fluent in Spanish.


• Fluent in English.
