<h3>Who We're Looking For: </h3>
<p><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">We are seeking a strategic and experienced Tech Account Director to join our Transformation team. This pivotal role will lead the successful rollout and implementation of a key technology product across multiple European markets. You will be the central point of contact for our clients, guiding them through complex digital transformation projects, ensuring a seamless delivery experience, and fostering strong, collaborative partnerships.</span></p>

<h3>What You'll Do:</h3>
<ul>
<li>
<div><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Work with Program Director to manage comprehensive project plans, defining timelines, milestones, and key interdependencies to ensure clarity and alignment across all teams.</span></div>
</li>
<li>Lead client meetings, setting clear agendas, communicating status updates, and managing expectations effectively throughout the project lifecycle.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary liaison between the client, local market teams, and international stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and consistent progress.</li>
<li>
<div>Support Business Lead in all commercial aspects of the project, including budget management, deliverable tracking, and financial reporting.</div>
</li>
<li>Proactively identify and manage project risks, providing timely issue escalation and collaborative problem-solving to keep the program on track.</li>

<h3>What You'll Need:</h3>
<ul>
<li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in managing large-scale, international programs, preferably in the technology or digital transformation space.</span></li>
<li>Proven success in a senior client-facing role, with exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.</li>
<li>Full <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">professional fluency in English (both written and verbal).</span></li>
<li>Experience <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">or in depth understanding of Shopper / Commerce asset production (is a plus).</span></li>
<li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other modern project management methodologies (is a plus).</span></li>
<li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Previous experience in rolling out SaaS platforms or enterprise-level software (is a plus).</span></li>
</ul>
