What does being an Account Director at ethix look like?
As an Account Director, you’ll oversee 3\-5 purpose\-led organisations, helping them to drive positive impact in the world by confidently overseeing their Paid Social and PPC strategy and performance (typically Meta and Google Ads, but with opportunities to work across LinkedIn, YouTube, DV360, TikTok and more).
Who are you?
Essential skills \& experience:
- 4\-6 years experience working in PPC \& Paid Social (as an agency we're 70% Paid Social and 30% PPC so we require deep knowledge of both)
- The ability to build, optimise and report on campaigns independently
- Confident in producing \& presenting strategy / performance decks
- Confident in leading complex client relationships
- Confident with data analysis \& handling large data sets
- Experience managing junior team members \& ensuring they produce quality work
- Highly valued: deep ecommerce\-specific performance marketing experience
- Using Adverity to build data sources \& Data Studio dashboards
- Using \& integrating CRMs to ad platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp)
- Setting up \& vetting tracking in Google Tag Manager
- Someone who’s kind, proactive and willing to get stuck in
- You have great performance marketing instincts and know how to get the most out of your channels
- You’re data\-literate, detail\-orientated and an excellent problem solver
- You’re a confident communicator, extracting insights and telling stories with your data
- You enjoy collaboration and are always looking for new ways to challenge yourself and grow
- You have a passion for social / environmental impact
- You’ll work with a tight\-knit \& supportive team with significant growth opportunities (you’ll get to work closely with the founders of the agency)
