The Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Account Director to join our sales team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of key client relationships. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, delivering Dynata’s market research and data solutions to support their decision\-making.

You will combine strong account leadership, consultative selling, and strategic thinking to identify client needs, shape tailored solutions, and deliver long\-term value. Working closely with cross\-functional teams, you will ensure high\-quality delivery and a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the primary client contact

· Develop and execute strategic account and sales plans

· Identify and secure new business opportunities

· Drive revenue through upselling, cross\-selling, and deal negotiation

· Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver client solutions

· Lead on proposals, RFPs, and contract negotiations

· Ensure high client satisfaction and long\-term partnerships

· Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets

Essential Skills \& Experience

· Exceptional client relationship management with a consultative, solutions\-oriented approach

· 5\+ years’ experience in sales or account management, ideally within market research or data solutions

· Strong understanding of B2B and B2C insights, analytics, and technology\-enabled solutions

· Commercially astute, with proven ability to identify opportunities, design tailored solutions, and close deals

· Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets

· Highly motivated, with strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders

· Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills

· Experience with CRM systems (MS Dynamics preferred) and familiarity with data platforms

· Creative mindset with a strong interest in digital trends and industry developments

Desirable Skills

· Ability to understand and clearly articulate complex solutions

· Knowledge of market research methodologies, consumer privacy, and emerging industry trends

· Strong analytical capability, paired with excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Highly organised, adaptable, and effective in fast\-paced environments
