Job Vacancy: Account Co\-Ordinator

Location: Chorley

Roles and Responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring a seamless and straightforward experience for customers, maintaining a positive "can\-do" attitude, and consistently meeting customer requirements.


• Accurately processing orders and quotations in accordance with customer agreements and precise administration.


• Developing in\-depth product knowledge of the depot's hire equipment, including associated accessories and consumables, to offer customers advice and support.


• Building and nurturing relationships with both new and existing customers to drive company growth, while fostering strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues and customers to consistently deliver the highest level of service.


• Ensuring effective communication with customers, depot branches, and the sales team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Experience and Skills required:

• Experience in a similar role in a tool hire or construction business would be preferred


• Customer focused, confident and energetic personality passionate about our Business


• Good organisation skills


• Excellent face to face and telephone communication skills


• Ability to work closely with colleagues at all levels as part of a complete team


• Computer literate
